  • Your mentor will provide individualized support to assist you with all aspects of the real estate business, including filling out paperwork, managing client interactions and negotiations, marketing your services, conducting open houses, and guiding you through the process until the successful completion of your first transaction.
  • Create a comprehensive business plan that includes an ideal schedule, strategies for farming, and both long-term and short-term goals. Schedule weekly accountability sessions to track progress toward achieving these goals.
  •  70/30% split on the first deal as New Agent.
  • Experienced Agent Coaching: 6-week commitment, 80/20% split paid after the first deal.
